What are your shipping times?

How do I place an order?
Just browse our product pages, choose your style, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the simple checkout steps and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
I didn’t get a confirmation email—what should I do?

I ordered several items, but only received one—why?
We may use different shipping channels for different items, so it’s normal to receive them separately. Don’t worry—your full order is on its way!

Will my order have customs fees?
Customs fees depend on the laws in your country. While we try to minimize these charges, they’re out of our control once your order ships. By purchasing, you accept that customs fees may apply.
Will I get my item before a specific date or holiday?
If you’re ordering for a gift or special occasion, please order 2–4 weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery by holiday deadlines.
Can I cancel my order?
